What a fabulous, well-made video. We are heading to Tenerife to film for our motorcycle channel. We will also get some hiking in, and there's lots of great suggestions here. This channel definitely deserves more subs so I'm in 👍👍
Another epic video guys 👌. And another location we are considering this year to hike in, some absolutely stunning scenery 🤩. Thank you for providing us with some inspiration, and some additional information on each hike, really useful 😊👊👍 Shell and Pete
This video is much better than I could've ever hoped for. Your shots are absolutely superb. And the editing compliments it a lot. Very well crafted. We will be staying down south, in Playa de las Américas, but we will definitely take the bus to some of these Northern hikes. Thank you for the suggestions.
Hi there, thanks for watching, it's our pleasure. You won't need a permit to do any other walks shown in this video except for Barranco del Infierno, you'll need to buy a ticket to enter. Otherwise, bear in mind, that some hikes in Tenerife do require a permit. Have a great time in Tenerife! Cheers, Dan
Hey mate! Thanks for watching. You'll find links to interactive maps (such as Wikiloc and AllTrails) for all of the hikes in this video on our blog post: travelmademedoit.com/hiking-tenerife/ I hope that helps!
Hi there We’re going to Tenerife soon and are planning to do some hiking. Your video is super helpful, thank you I wanted to ask as well about the routes- are they well signed / marked or is it easy yo get lost? Were you using any nav apps or just relied on the route-signs? If yes, what nav app would you recommend?
Hi there, No probs, glad you found the video helpful. Most of the routes are well signposted. If we used digital trail navigation, we generally found most routes on AllTrails or Wikiloc. Feel free to use our Tenerife Hiking Guide to help plan your hikes; most of the hiking guides we wrote include links to GPS-guided maps: travelmademedoit.com/hiking-tenerife/
Hi! I'm going to Tenerife at the end of February and have one day to hike. I have a rental car so am willing to hike anywhere on the island. If you could just pick one hike of all, which one was your favorite? (Medium sized hike, not too streunous) Thanks!
Hi there! Thanks for watching and thanks for your comment. This really depends on what national/rural park you would like to visit. Our favourite hikes were in the Anaga Rural Park - we really enjoyed the Chinamada Trail, but it's somewhat strenuous. Have a great time in Tenerife. Cheers, Dan

Thanks so much, we went there in February. That's the great thing about the Canaries, you can go any time of the year and usually have decent weather!

How about permit to hike in Anaga Park? Had been hesitant to hike there as it is not so clear about the permit..
Hi there! As far as I'm aware, you only need a permit to enter Bosque Encantado/El Pijaral.
what month did you visit? thanks!

what is wheater in end of november there??
The weather is generally nice all year round but milder temperatures and higher chance of rain that time of year and in winter
Would have been very helpful if you explained about the starting point and the lenght of the hike.
