Every time I see this, I am overwhelmed by my immense anger and sorrow. Gawain could be so much more. He could be a hero saving countless lives. Instead, he became a butcher because he would not defy his king. But I suppose we all know about the road to Hell…

@@jonahlafountain4299 I feel like Gawain got better as time passed since Camelot. There were initially several acts and statements I intensely disliked about him, but now I believe I see him more positively.
@@elizabethkblanco4620 it has nothing to do with his gift. Gawain is just guilty that his inability to allow Lancelot to fight with him was likely why artoria lost her life. Because of that shame Gawain here decided to never again waiver regarding his intentions.

It's actually pronounced either Gow-in or Goh-win depending on which dialect of Welsh or Scottish you would use for it. Both are correct.
