Looks like a very cool upgrade on the 4-6-0. And I always liked the "North Pole & Southern," name for Bachmann's Christmas railroad. Very clever. Since everything beyond the North Pole is to the South. :)
Same, I can see Santa purchasing several 4-6-0's for the North Pole (along with maybe a few Vintage engines that would need modifying in order to pull more cars).
I still have one of the '80s versions of these with the plastic side rods I dropped it a couple months ago it broke and I haven't been able to get it fixed.

To Bachmann, For your promo video for the old anniversary edition, What song that was used in the video? Also, are you planning on bringing back your classic big hauler line?
This is the only version we're currently offering as standalone models, however two of our other 4-6-0 variations can be found in our Cowcatcher and Night Before Christmas® train sets.
Correct, however it follows the same general styling as many standard gauge 4-6-0s from the era, and will look right at home hauling either G scale narrow or standard gauge equipment!

You now need to update the smoke unit to the one Piko uses, and do more tech videos showing how to install the DCC sound decoder.
I plan to get this locomotive at some point. No doubt!
wow this is better than New Brights 4-6-0's that I've been working with. and it gives me the chance to see what this engine can pull.
