Hi Danielle! I've watched all the videos I could find on here about working at Disney, and I'm concluding my search on this one. I think you are correct about the connection... and it's similar in any job. Thanks for posting this! I start at WDW in a couple weeks. And it's a dream come true. I feel the approach you take is very similar to the one I have in mind. I believe it's the perspective one has of what they are doing and of those who they are smiling at. Great video! I can't wait!

Cool lighting on this video, almost looks black & white, Your always so cute and its very flattering even though You look like Your locked in a closet LOL. So jealous everytime we see Your being evacuated from a ride. We've never had the pleasure.
Ya it is people who make a difference. When u have a incompetent lead, and managers who don't care, then guess what?.... The magic you had is gone. That's why working at Disney, you are just a number, replaceable in a heart beat by horrible people that don't care about you
