Hello, do you have any idea why I can't pair the Boom 2 with my Pixel 3? (First I used Boom 2 with Pixel 1, then changed my phone and now I can't pair speaker. I pushed the bluetooth button until it starts flickering and waited for more than 10 minutes but can't find anything). Same problem I got on a friend's Pixel 2. Any advice, please?
There is one small critical step in the above video that will prevent you from Doubling Up your second speaker. The second speaker must remain OFF until you have pressed the + and connection button on your first speaker. You may then turn on your second speaker and hit the connection button twice to connect second speaker. If second speaker is powered up when you hit the + and connection key on first speaker it will not allow you to connect with the second speaker.
My charger connects to it and tujes it on and works but doesn't charge it and diesbt fr stay on when I disconnect the charger it turns off and doesnt turn on
hey guys.. when i try to connect my UE boom speaker to my laptop the device shows up as headphones rather than speakers, so no sound comes out. do you have an idea of how to fix that?

I can't get my 2 month old device to turn on. Had been working fine till now. It has been charging for several days, so should be good to turn on.
