I have taken the 321T many times on First and Business and agree that AA offers the best overall. The only thing that I really care about is the inconsistency in onboard services. I mean, some of the crews are not doing their jobs and trying to rush through everything. It happened to me twice; once, they cleaned up my table, but I had not yet finished my meal, and the second time, they didn't care about taking my meal order and kept ignoring me. :/// Well, primarily, mostly were good experiences. The crews are mostly very friendly and professional. One time, even though I sat in Economy, they still asked me if I wanted anything to eat after waking up from my nap; this is genuine care! :333
This was our first experience on the 321T, it appeared to be very good and we do hope the new 321s AA are getting will up the level of service with a better hard product and better soft product. We noticed in the US service levels really do differ a lot, but when there good there really good! 😍
AA transcon is the best in the US, I'd say they're better than what Delta and United offer on the same competitive routes, AA offers better coursed catering comparably and you have access to their flagship lounges. JFK-LAX/SFO are my most frequent domestic routes, and the crews are most often great and some even remember you from previous flights.
Hey! No worries hope you enjoyed it and hit that subscribe button 😝 We cleared customs in JFK which I think we show in the Iberia video, I would recommend going via JFK as split the journey up especially if your in Business! We also have global entry now!

We certainly found that, and would definitely do it again - we loved the crew member onboard she was fantastic such great service! 😍
Where did you do your immigration/customs? JFK or SFO?
