- Several Russian blyatbarns attempt to attack positions near Bakhmut but the military effort is repelled by Ukrainian units.
Also called a 'Blyatmobile', this Russian vehicle made its first appearance on the frontlines during an April operation near Krasnohorivka. Russian engineers built a shell which essentially encased a tank in a trapezoidal steel structure, giving the vehicle the look of a shed on tracks.

What they need is battlefield awareness display linked to satellites that shows the position of static Russian assets in an area and each asset can be quickly targeted with just the click of a mouse on each target and then the GPS coordinates are automatically and electronically sent to the munitions themselves that are loaded and ready to fire immediately . Either a multiple barrel 155 mm artillery type weapon firing 155mm Excalibur shells or some kind of multiple missile quick launch system . Current artillery systems are great but they are slow to use . HIMARS can kinda do this but also slow to reload and have very limited number of missiles and a waste on a small target . This could also be applied to mass launching drones that autonomously seek their target by GPS . Rather than manually steering them on static targets . That way several targets get taken out at the same time before any can possibly move . Small autonomous drones would be cheaper than Excalibur shells . Kinda be like a smart cluster munition .

The difference is that for the cost of one apache plus missile you can have literally tens of thousands of drones.
No one has air superiority so Apaches (52million) and Cobras (10.7million) firing $200,000 Hellfire missiles would be easy targets for SAMs vs a $500 drone that can take out a modern battle tank. Thats a game changer.
And tell me, how many FPV drones can you produce for the cost of one single Apache? How many attack helicopters can effectively deliver cheap and plentiful RPG warheads or grenades?

Well, russia certainly isn’t winning. A three-day special military operation now in it’s third year, over a half million russian soldiers dead, the loss of all AWACS, tens of thousands of combat vehicles and artillery lost… russia’s stockpile of Soviet equipment essentially destroyed… the Black Sea Fleet down by 40%, the headquarters in Sevastopol destroyed, how many experienced pilots and their planes were destroyed… russia’s presence in Crimea severely threatened… the Kerch Bridge is standing on borrowed time, everyone knows it will come down soon… partisans constantly making life difficult in occupied Ukraine…
And things are about to get a lot worse for russia.
So, it’s hard to say if Ukraine is “winning”, they did get a lot of their territory back since Max 2022 - but russia is still holding on to about 19%. But you definitely cannot say that russia is “winning”. Their economy has been clobbered and is also living on borrowed time, the finances that are being used to prop up the russian economy are about to run out, the rubble is going to be worth nothing, the russian people will starve and eventually putin will be overthrown. I feel sorry for the civilians there who did not want this war in the first place, who will be adversely affected by what is ahead…
