He literally missed the most games as a starter for his team and no one noticed they were still winning because he doesn’t add value. They lost in the second round because he was a bad defender no one talking about that they lost because he was bad as a leader. No ones talking about the major shortcomings in SGA‘s game that players like Luka, Jokic, Tatum, Giannis, Bron, Curry, and KD just don’t have. There aren’t rankings exactly because there are multiple ways to play basketball. But there are tears of players based off what they can do and do the SGA limitations on defense and as a leader he’s in the second tier with young players like Anthony Edwards and Tyrese Halliburton because they’re all missing something from their game. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have their youth so he’s more like Anthony Davis and Bam. You can try to convince yourself with all these offensive stats button up. The fact of the matter is he was turning the ball over when it came time to Nguyen. He was given up wide open layups when he came time to win. It’s nothing personal every player I have above him has won and I don’t know when winning stop being the criteria? when was it OK to put up big numbers and lose because Kareem did Charles Barkley did Carl Malone did and they’re not ranked very high so why does SGA get a pass? It’s going to be hard for them to keep up with the Nugs in the playoffs.
