- The New Kids On the Block have been one of the most popular bands in the world for almost 4 decades, with hundreds of hit songs, millions of fans, and numerous tours. After all these years, there’s one stage the guys hadn’t played - the RodeoHouston stage, but that changed last night. Watch as Joey, Donnie, Danny, Jonathan and Jordan chat with Derrick and Lauren all about their fans who have become family, and the excitement leading up to their first rodeo!

For true Blockheads, it doesn’t take us back to when we were 10 years old because we’ve been doing this again for the past 15 years. So it just takes us back to last year on the tour and the cruise. They are 1000x better now than back when they began.

Jordan's reaction when the presenters started singing was hilarious! 😂 you could tell he was thinking all like "here we go, whatever" but then he was shook when they started singing and he didn't know it! 😂💀
I was blessed with four tickets to the show. When step by step came out I was 4 years old. I've always loved their music and had never been to a show cause life is tough. Let me tell yall they worked it . Great entertainers man. My 3 boys and husband even loved it. Great show!!
Aw amazing! I've never been to an NKOTB concert as I'm based in Europe. I really hope to see them live one day. I'm hoping they will come visit their fans across the pond again one day!

Ok @HoustonLife omg I haven’t laughed this hard with Lauren & Derrick on Thursday at the beginning of the show. Lauren is HILARIOUS !! These 2 have chemistry!

@@monember2722 I think it did ok and they even released it on Veeps earlier this year. Wasn’t that the same tour which was postponed because of the pandemic? They appear to be taking a break from big concert tours this year. I hope they’ll travel to Europe next year though!
@@soggyfroggy9318 I think some people online said the arenas were not fully sold out. I assumed the release of the video was to make up money. Sometimes if the tour is less than a financial success other things ate done to make up for lackluster sales. I had a feeling that's all. Hence the free standing shows. I think I might sound negative, though. I'm sorry.
@@monember2722 it didn’t sound negative because such is life! Releasing a music video or single usually doesn’t initially make up for losses because both would need some sort of debt or equity financing and the profits would only be made through enough people buying or streaming the single. I assume that people were not heading out or spending money or cancelled tix due to covid. I’m not too sure how well it did but I assumed it did ok, in comparison to pre-covid, perhaps there were less people attending.
It would be nice if it was New Kids on the off the grid homestead picturing them having their own solar power homesteads living off the land the new kids were on the prairie that proves something come on guys get your home steads get away from the city the craziness the loudness grow your own food have some peace that is my wish for you five truth
Jonathan lives on a farm and renovates old farmhouses (and has an HGTV series about his renovations) when the band isn't touring. Probably as close as you'll get.
