You're all over the place, swinging side to side, and you seem to be hurrying, as if you're hustling through an airport rather than taking a leisurely stroll along the beach. I suggest you slow down a bit, let the viewer enjoy the water, people, etc. - give them the chance to experience what you're showing them - instead of the dizzying impact you have going on now.
