As opposed to figuratively the coolest? But if it is literally the coolest build, how do they keep it from frosting over? They must have some crazy de-icing tech!
any of the Batmobile's from the 60's show to what they're doing now would be a cool build but there's something special about the 60's car and the 1989 car.....very iconic vehicles

Reason I love VINwiki is not only the banger content every single time, but also how well versed many of the guests are. Thanks to Ed, Casey, Rob and many other regulars here I feel like my story telling as well as day to day vocabulary has been improved. One of my life goals is to be as good as a storyteller as Ed.
Naw... If you have money the cops for the MOST part look the other way. A friend and I were just discussing this last night. There was a night I came out of a club, like 15 years ago. I do ok but don't have money like THAT any longer. But in the day is was bottle service and parking my s600 at the front door.. Anyway you could come out almost needing help to walk and the cops would open your door for you and tell you to be careful... Things are very different if you have money. If you have money and you are known (Celebrity) I imagine they are even THAT MUCH MORE different.. but that I wouldn't know first hand.
This is now my favorite VinWiki story ever. I love the 'Because why not' attitude of the build. It's great you take it out. Letting something sit is just as bad as throwing it in the trash. Gotta play with neat things!
Haroun Ben -- It was made to look like it did, but no. Sadly it was just a regular v8 out of a car. If you'd like to check it out even more, Jay Leno's garage has an episode of it on his channel. I believe the comedian Jeff Dunham owns that one
@@typedrew easy? He had to build the bat mobile to get her to throw it on him like thst.. whats easy about that? And the other guy up there he said himself she was good looking. Any real merican would have smashed!
After knowing about the Keaton Batmobile since the movie premiered, I always told myself I want an actual turbine powered Batmobile. This is too damn awesome!!!
He pulls up next to a snoozing cop..... wakes the cop up by saying 'I got your back!' in a raspy Batman voice....... that killed me several times😂😅🤣🚓💨👍
I think I just have two questions: 1. How did you find the military manual in the first place? 2. How on earth did you get the custom panels designed and built that fast? It should have taken 5 months just to get the engine operational lol
"Sorry honey, Bruce Wayne's flying solo tonight." 😂 _God,_ that is such a beautiful car... The Tim Burton films' Batmobile has always been my favorite. Always wanted to see one in person, never have. Got to sit in a '60s Batmobile once though. 👍
I love this guy! He's really confident and can tell some great stories! Also really cool, that this has a real plane/ jet engine in it, rather than just looking like it did. This is probably one of the coolest version of the batmobile.
I'm sure you could get (maybe did get?) a pretty good return on your investment. What a cool example. There's a really good Batmobile where I live in SE Michigan, but it's not turbine powered. That is next level!
Brilliant story - and great (true) storyteller. What a cool/funny guy. Rare combination. Would be a great bloke to have a few beers with. And what an achievement to have built such an iconic machine - and with the powertrain that it was always meant to have. Thanks so much!
I miss going to Mid-Ohio. My wife and I volunteered for at least 3 races every year. The vintage races were a highlight of every summer. I am bummed we moved before this car was built.
This guy seems legit super cool, and sounds like he had some super fun experiences with this thing! Awesome stuff, thanks for sharing and letting us relish in the experience a little bit :)
The Batmobile it’s like a jet powered Tinder on wheels 😂😂😂😂 Great Story !

This literally has to be one of the coolest builds of all time. Well done and shocking that cost stayed so low.

I like the Tumbler better but I guess thats what I grew up to.
One of the best VinWiki stories EVER!!! I can't imagine anyone not wanting to own a car like this - maybe just for a while!
Thanks!
I was about to post the same thing.
We need more of this man.
I'm still not sure if he's not an evil super villain.

I love this guy's description of the fire. Great stuff.
One of the very best videos. A hand-built car, a cool idea, beautiful execution and it is being used exactly as a real car guy would want it used. A+

I had to come back and watch this again after seeing Casey's new DeLorean video.
This is in the top 5 best VINwiki episodes.
The only dislikes came from those who've been locked up in arkham asylum.
Or, people who actually hoped to see video of the car actually functioning.
