Fabulous & therapeutic. I was creating backgrounds on the pages of a handmade book. I was listening to your podcast with Wendy, "Show up or shut up", it was very interesting & I recommend everyone go listen. Wendy sure was excited with the paper dolls. What you said about yourself was so accurate. I see you as an influencer. You show people & want to see them take it onboard & run with it. I was fascinated to hear you have a love of bookbinding. I have the book "Bound" by Rachel Hazell & I love it. 😊🇬🇧
I love this video and definitely want to try this polka dot challenge, I love incorporating circles into my art journals. I've been wanting to use my gel printing plate, which is so perfect for making this type of textured/painted paper. I can't tell, what brand paper punches are you using here? I always have trouble with them getting dull really quickly, and yours seem to work super well.
@@meganquinlanstudio105 Ah okay. Yeah it makes me sad! Some people say you can cut out the shapes in foil sometimes to help keep the blades sharp but I haven't noticed that really working.
Oooooh I love finger painting! These pages and little circles are GORGEOUS! THANK YOU 💕
That does look like fun - so many possibilities!
This would be such a fun background on a journal page, or scattered here and there for accents! What a great idea!
Circles are the best shape and polka dots the best pattern, thank you for sharing Megan

I just have Recollections. They do dull quickly in general, not sure why.

Could you tell me the shade of green paint that you have at the beginning? Many thanks.
I'm using Liquitex Bright Aqua Green. Dina Wakley's Turquoise is my main go to😊
