- Who of us hasn’t been creatively stuck?
It’s quite painful actually
And when we break free and are living in our flow state
It seems so easy
And natural
Because it is!
I believe our procrastination and distraction and escapism modes are products of trauma
And specifically anger
Like how depression has its roots in anger
Therefore the key to becoming creatively free
And back on our purpose
Is largely down to working on forgiveness
Towards ourselves
Towards God
Towards the betrayals of our past
Towards our parents.
Towards everything.
When we are afraid
Anger can pretend to be a friend
It can feel empowering in vulnerable situation
But the truth is
Is anger is the great destroyer
And the opposite of creative freedom
Which is always rooted in love.
