For the months of February & March 2024, HEAT Restaurant at Edsa Shangri-La Manila will be showcasing the delectable cuisine of ITALY alongside an international buffet spread. Highlights are the freshly made pasta cooked a la minute, premium items at the carving stations, and the tiramisu station. Must-try's are the gnocchi pasta, porchetta, tomahawk steak, lasagna, risotto, tiramisu, biscotti, affogato.
The international buffet will also feature Filipino, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, and Western stations.
