Coach McGuirk's voice actor is very talented. And I know that because he made someone break character at 4:05 and can hear them laughing. I salute you!
He's played by Jon Benjamin, the guy who plays Bob Belcher from Bob's Burgers. Fenton is played by Sam Seder who plays Hugo from Bob's Burgers. He's also a liberal political commentator with a very active RUclips channel.
This is completely the best clip of the show ever. Between Jason freaking out ("Oh Jason. I miss you.") and Walter and Perry planning their van ("On the inside it'll be beautiful. Like a beautiful house!") there is so much freaking gold in these six minutes and twenty-four seconds.
I know this comment is almost 16 years old, but I agree. The credits song at the end of the episode is also probably my favorite musical piece from the show
