If ur laptop have air intake on top then you can attach external fan, search ( laptop cpu fan, on amazon or Flipkart ) but it, then you have to attach a usb to the fan then you can easily control fan with usb, any doubt ask me I’ll help u
@SnAk-ll4el you have to cut the fan cable and then attach to any usb cord, use any old spare charger

My laptop is ideal at 33 to 40 C . And while gaming it goes to 83 in hp pavellion gaming stock laptop
You should try cooling pad it will decrease 5c to 8c for sure
