We bought the lamp from Taobao and our ID install it for us. You can screenshot and use the image search function to search. For the fan, we do have one standing fan so we can move it around when we need extra airflow. I personally don't like ceiling fans cause it looks really common and I feel the ceiling looks better without a fan on it.
