+luvyoubaby, Each video can focus on a different layer of the auric body (emotional, mental, spiritual, physical). Besides the aura it can also focus on the chakras and meridians. How it affects you is different for everyone. Reiki for the Heart Chakra causes stress and pressure for you, because there may be a blockage in that chakra. Since it is painful I would recommend either using it for shorter amounts of time or not at all. I’m not sure why you changed the initial picture in some of your videos. But I have feedback. Personally I don’t like the change. Your original photos with the flower photos and you make it easy in the RUclips selection to know immediately it’s a video of yours. That’s no longer the case. Also not all of the pictures appear positive. Like the truck in one of them. Before yours always were. I find it disturbing to be frank. I really hope you go back to the old way!!! The other images were so distinctly you Lourdes.

Some may work and others may not, but we are trying different things.
