As a witchcraftet player it's really sad after all that, they only had 4 spells for verres effect. Then again they used Maxx c after seeing the trick star field spell go out.
I was going to assume hitting Verre with a player that had 20 cards in their hand would easily become an insta-kill, but nope.... (maybe this was just scripted)
Pot of greed is = draw 2 So if u have it in hand : then you can start with 6 cards instead of 5 in first turn + Thanks to pot of greed you play with 39 cards and not 40 ( draw effect)
As far as i know Maxx c is banned in the real world tcg but I don’t think ash blossom will ever be banned it’s as far as I know rarely a +1 or more in it’s effect (if the effect you negated was a +2 or more) it’s usually a - to your opponent but also a - to yourself which makes it an even aka =
Maxx C should probably be banned tbh, it wasnt nearly as good back in the day but is a god tier card now, ash blossom and nibiru are fine since without them some decks would be legitimately unstoppable going first
Because Pot of Greed gives you 2 cards for free, without any requirements or costs. Also, it can only be countered by anti-draw cards like Droll. Compared that to the other 3, which requires costs/limitations, has a specific niche, or requires the enemy to do something before you can use it.

imagine having your entire deck on your hand and only having 4 spells in a fucking witchcrafter deck
holy shit the meta brain rot
Imagine taking 40 Sparks to the face for game.
“Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. And I lost.”
*sees Lycoris*
“I took a calculated risk, but MAN I’m bad at math”
when will people learn to not to maxx C on trickstars
I met trickstar players 3 times, 2 of them surrender while I don't use maxx C in their combo
Trickster forces people with max c to put it in their side board now
Feel like this would have been a good time for him to have Nibiru at some point, but honestly, I didn't read the cards.
*If Reincarnation was played*
This was funny
Why in the final, the two copies of lycoris did not do damage if the opponent still drawing cards?
Oh! I see, the fucking madame verre, what a skill drain with paws
i don't run maxx c so I'm good.
Who play maxx C against trickstare 😂
They say pot of greed is too good because it is to versatile
So why isn’t ash blossom, nibiru or max c banned them?

Hand traps arent banned cuz they're the only ways to stop funny combo machine decks in first turn. PoG is banned cuz its just a free +1 on any deck.
