Pathetic hotel worst stay of my life...they have rats in their room... midnight electricity gone and ac was not working ,manager said electricity will come in 2 minutes and came after 3 hours...no ventilation in the rooms..could not sleep whole night.. I had booked family room (ground floor)but they refused to give because some lady had fracture in her leg and cannot climb stairs so they gave my room to her and gave me 1 room in 2 floor and 2 in 3 floor...my 90 years old had to climb stairs..manager tried his best to convince that they are trying their best...but horrible and terrific stay...food was like liquid dal ,no dal seeds only water...no dining area .food supplied in disposable bowls and glasses.they (hotel staff) give u same room where they sleep one night before.. hair was their on the bed..they don't change bed sheets... manager told us that ac is working in good condition because he slept in this room last night ...pls book some other hotel or dharamshala (would be better than this)
ऐसे ऐसे बहुत से होटल हैं! असली चीज है टैरिफ!सबका करीब करीब एक ही है! एसी रूम डबल बेड १००० का हो तो बजट में कहा जाएगा, वरना सैकड़ों होटल हैं देख कर कोई भी सलेक्ट कर लेना चाहिए!
