Finally! A real fine artist on RUclips! Your powers of observation and your style are truly wonderful.
So much better than the "photorealistic" and bland, overworked images that get so many likes by those who haven't a clue about real talent.
I'll be watching you draw again! 👏

you know you could compliment something/someone without insulting other artists works right? Disrespectful.

@@youredumb2992well he clearly doesnt respect those artists and thats what he was implying, so why would he show any fake respect to them?

Glad you’re impressed but shoes your limited exposure to S is a method used by many artists. Nice drawing but no new ground being broken here. I suggest you explore the internet more. There are hundreds of equally beautiful artist with work as good. And better!

@@incognito3620 I'm a trained artist and fully familiar with all drawing methods, thank-you. I don't find many with a loose and confident enough hand to be called fine artists on RUclips.

Thanks for a great demonstration of fantastic skill. I think drawing with charcoal is very much like sculpting: general before the details. Thanks 😊

Vine charcoal and a kneaded eraser! Get everything in place and values correct, then change to a compressed charcoal pencil. That is the way to go. Who was the artist?

Did you use hard charcoal too, or just soft/ medium please?

May I know what other eraser you used instead of the kneaded eraser? My eraser usually unable to clean the charcoal as good as this.
