There are several unit testing frameworks available for Dot Net
MSTest
Nunit
MbUnit
xUnit.net
Each of these unit testing frameworks have their own pros and cons. I have been using MSTest in most of the organisations I have worked with. MSTest is integrated with Visual Studio. This means you don't need to install any third party tools.
I must also tell you, once you learn how to use one of the unit testing framework, it wouldn't be too difficult to learn other unit testing frameowrks. The concepts are still the same. The way we implement them may be slightly different depending on the framework that we choose.
Now let's focus on creating our first unit test, using MSTest framework that is integerated into visual studio.
