This is a really helpful guide. Do you share your notes with your team members? Or are your notes from the 1:1 and check-ins just for the manager's reference?

I know managers who share their notes, but I don't - sometimes how I write it is kinda unfiltered, good enough for me but not good enough to share with someone else. But that's not a rule, many managers do indeed share!
