When she said "do you know who I am" I would have shouted to the rest of the room asking if anyone there knew who this woman was and then offered to call an ambulance since she seemed to be having a medical emergency not knowing who she was.
Pffff how hasn't your comment gotten millions of likes by now? 😂 That's genius!!!

EXCELLENT!!!! Gonna try that the next time a Karen uses that line to me.
That's literally embarrassing when she said " I'M THE WIFE OF THE OWNER" then ya'll exposed and embarrassed her. It would have been better if you said "Mom is that you?! Did you forget dad was the owner and manager?!"
Edit after 5 months: I'M FAMOUS!
Honestly I think the way it was executed was better, because they let her prance around in her pride and entitlement, only to give her a well deserved slap in the face after {I would assume} all of the other customers were paying attention at the scene.

I always paid my school fee diligently but there was this one time during parents meeting near the monthly fee deadline date. Apparently the system hadn't been refreshed so my teacher got a note from office for me that I hadn't paid. My dad went full berserk, screamed and hit my head right in front of the classroom where other students, parents, and teachers could saw me crying as I tried to convinced him that I did paid. My dad is a beast when he's mad and never cared of casualty even if it's family members, so not even the teachers dared to help me. He then pulled me to the office and forced me to pay in front of him. The register at the office who didn't know anything said that I should wait for next month as they couldn't accept prepaid. After a few scary scolds from my dad, she showed the record that I always paid and no due and apologized that if we got the note because they just found out the data hadn't been updated until this morning. My dad went all silent while my eyes still wet and face red. He then pulled me again to classroom and scolded my teacher in front of other parents and students. We went back home after that, till this day 15 years later, he still hadn't apologize. My teachers got traumatic and always asked me to get mom for parents meeting, but dad also never got too close to my school because once he calmed down he probably realized how much a monster he was even tho there were crowds looking at us and that wasn't the first time either. I'm so used to his death threaths that my kindness-bar is so low that even mean person is still a nice person to me
Do you need a hug that sounds traumatic maybe get a restraing order if it happens again (it's a suggestion I'm just putting it out there)no one deserves to be hit just because of a school's mistake,

I can relate with the first story, but without the "Karen". My father own a eco farm resort in and island where most people build a beach resort. This caught the attention of even the minister of tourism's in our country. For context my dad, my mother, and me have a gardening hobby, so we make use of the resort to further the development of the eco farm and fulfill our hobby. When the minister came to visit he ask where is the manager, on the way to the reception room he already pass by my father in his "working attire" which is a short pants, a stained or used t shirt, and a hat. And the minister actually greeted him but in manner of saying hi to gardener. So when the staff called the Gardener that the minister saw and just wave without even looking, he was confused. And when my father "the Gardener" approach the minister he said he is the manager of the resort. The look on the minister is priceless.

years ago when I worked at a pizza place we had a woman come in every wednesday. she ordered the same thing. came up with some reason to scream about her food being wrong until we made her a free pizza. and left. this was literally a weekly thing for years. one day i was already in a pissy mood and saw her come in. brought out her normal order and the free pizza she always screams about and told her something to the extent of. "look, i know you're going to come up with some bullshit reason that the food's wrong so that you can scam a free pizza. we all know it. you do it every week. so i'm just cutting out the middle man. here's the second pizza." she screamed for a while about that one. apparently calling people out on their theft is disrespectful and i should have been fired. i was not fired.
probably shouldve recorded her subsequent orders after the first couple wrong order claims. i aint treating ppl's bs
I would have invoked the establishment's right to refuse service and would have told her to get out long before it turned to years of weekly abuse...
Ya how much money did this lady steal from the company. Say super cheap pizza like 10$ min but was definitely more then that and let's say 2 years which is 104 weeks that comes out to 1050$ on the literal low end.......
OMG the owner is super kind and so are all the staff
I have my scammers. Currently one that was a former employee for a hot minute in 2006/7. She has yet to receive a thing for free. She orders. Takes it to go. Then calls an hour later with some bs complaint about her food being cold. Then starts spouting off things we used to do from way back when that have changed. We just ignore her. I’m waiting for her to finally do it when I’m working. I’m just going to simply state that things change and we know what she’s doing. If she has an issue Everytime she comes she can just go down the road to Hardee’s and bother them.

i was thinking the dad would look back towards the register, kitchen or whatever and should "Honey, get a load of this. Someone´s claiming to be you!"
I used to work armed security at a hotel, front door, had a customer came to me complaining that there is no more parking in the hotels parking lot. I explained she could unload luggage and go to the location I told her where she can find FREE parking, which required at most (slowest walk possible) 10 minutes walking, she refused and threw the "Do you know who I am?", to which my reply was "No, and I do not care, keep shouting like this and I will cease talking to you.". She got a manager who came to talk to me and asked what I told her, he knew me well, told him exactly what I told her, and he walked off. She ended up parking where I told her initially.
That's a 10.
I'm the GM of a concession company and a Karen pulls I'm the wife of the owner. Here's the deal. Karen is in her 20's. The owner, who I have known since I was 2, is 83 years old and a conservative homosexual. Still can't get over that one.
Please give me the details I love hearing these
I can't get over the fact that people think an employee let alone a senior one would not know the wife of the owner.
Clearly she was his beard! 🤣
Can you share us the details?
Tell the podcast please!!! That sounds like an amazing story to hear
For context, I'm in my early 20's. I used to have a restaurant with my family and I was the Owner, but I also waited tables. One time an entitled customer (Female, late 40's) came with a couple of her friends, the woman in question started asking for free stuff and told me she would get me fired if I didn't bring her a certain drink (which wasn't even on the menu), I repeatedly told her in the nicest way possible I just couldn't serve her stuff we didn't have and even less a chance of it being free. She then proceeded to stand up and make a scene saying she was a good friend of the owner, even more than that. I just started laughing and all the regulars were trying to hold their laughs too. I politely said, "Oh, if that's the case I'm sorry ma'am, I must have forgotten your face because I can't remember us being friends or lovers". She went full red and started saying she was going to call a manager and asked the other servers for the manager, to which they replied that I was because I owned the place and paid everyone's wages. The lady went outside and left her friends stranded there. I never saw her again, she must have felt pretty defeated to make that exit.

Why would these retards even try that? Isn't there a very high chance that the employees at least know someone who knows the owner?
Why would you try this? You never know who someone is.
We’ve had a problem in my neighbourhood with a couple of boys going around and stealing stuff. Eventually, they broke into my neighbours work van and were arrested since it was a major company’s vehicle. I haven’t seen those kids since so either they went to juvie or their parents finally did something.
Wow, the OP's dad of the first story was a goddamned genius. Just waiting for the Karen to call his number to speak loudly and get her in a situation worse than being in that restaurant naked was a really funny move. That story made my day! 😂
The one with the two brothers and the apple juice made me kind of sad. They were legit willing to share one of the apple juice with the lady, and she had the nerve to demand both bottles. 10/10 entitlement
Yeah, I especially felt for the brother with confrontational issues. I have anxiety, and I would have been super scared and panicked, and I imagine that's how he felt too. Some people are just terrible.
@@liamorrison4484 if I were alone, I would have surrendered, gone home and replayed the whole incident in my head how i would have countered better. Several times.......
@@BasicMewMew same 😀
It's weird, because I'm not necessarily afraid of confrontation, but I could see backing down to apple juice lady out of sheer surprise. Sometimes something unexpected happens so fast, that you just think, "huh"? And before you know it, she's walking away with your juice. Then again, I'd get pretty defensive if it was juice for someone else like my son or another child.
I am glad the brothers walked away. Karen may have turned the apple juice into sour cider! Or even apple cider vinegar (not good for youngsters like them)
The first story made me laugh so much. It made me think back to several years ago when I was working at a Dairy Queen. So my mom is the head manager there, and I was a shift lead. Now as the head manager, her and immediate family could get 100% off on food. This was kinda well known in our small town, and this is where it would get fun when outsiders would come in. There was this guy who came in one day and he ordered a huge amount of food. I was helping out on the registers that day and when the girl who took his order gave him the total (it was over 100), he said that he gets the family discount which is normally 10%. Normally, we ask who they are related to just so we know that we're giving a legit discount. The guy said that he was the head manager's brother, so he needed the 100% discount. Now I have NEVER met this man before, so I wanted to have some fun! (It was a slow day and I was bored) The girl looked over to me and she could tell by my smile that the guy was lying so she said that a shift lead would have to approve of that. That's when I go over and ask him to repeat who he was related to. When he said that he was the head manager's brother I looked shocked! I asked, "You're my uncle?! Wow! I didn't know that mom had another brother. Should I get mom? She's just in the back office right now, I'm sure she would love to catch up. I wonder how I never knew about you. Maybe did you just get out of jail like other uncle and you were just in jail for the entirety of my life?"
He left after that and all of us had a good laugh!
I wish I could have been there to see the scene and the guy's face

@@razrafz i think it should be mandatory. but only be mandatory for the people who are aholes in high school who like flunking their grades

It wouldn't be so bad but we had plastic shields installed bc of COVID-19 and the baskets don't fit underneath them. THE FIRST ONE WAS SO RELATABLE LMAO 😭 My parents own a Chinese restaurant and as I was just casually wiping down tables to help out, a man came in and i guess found the closest “employee” there to yell at. It turned out to be me and what he said still makes me laugh to this day. He said something along the lines of pickles in his burger he order and just so you remember, the restaurant was a CHINESE restaurant so there were no burgers. I tried explaining it to him and then he claimed to be the owner (my dad’s) brother. I was gonna die of laughter at this point since my dad’s brother flew to china about a week before this happened and my dad’s restaurant was in the US. 💀 I went inside, got the owner of the restaurant and as the man screamed about the burger and me as well, my dad just casually said “你好啊弟弟!” (Hello, brother!) The man just turned pale and left without another word
Ofc this is just a summary. The actual story could go into so much detail

Heck, for the first OP, you should call the attention of the whole restaurant and made the announcement that your new mom is here and was finally released from jail.
Imagine that’s how you find out your parents divorced
If someone had enough time to grab your child’s arm without you noticing it immediately, then they also had enough time to have left the restaurant with them, too. Parents like this should be investigated by CPS for neglect. ALL they would need to start an investigation is on that camera. How many tragic examples of this same scenario do we all need before people finally just decide to GET IT? 🤬

The way the karen just called the person right in front of her LOL
Fun fact, a restaurant owner at a buffet which my mom semi-knows (she knows his name and some things he does, not really that personal) works at his own buffet being a waiter, cleaning the tables and helping customers.
What could the woman in the first case possibly have thought would happen when she called the actual owner’s phone? Does she think she can bs someone into thinking she is his wife?
karens are too consumed by their entitlement to use basic logic
She wanted to scare them into thinking she was but most likely she would have either just complained or stopped the call and said they werent picking up or something
I don't understand what the lady in the first story thought was going to happen when she called. I know she wasn't expecting the person in front of her to answer, but if you're going to use a fake relationship as leverage you can't call the real person. They know who they're married to! I don't think she passed all her classes in shitty customer school.
She was obviously really really stupid.
She would have lied to the owner and omitted her lies.

if the kid was really 13, i'd be concerned that he either has some mental issue and looked after at anytime, or he was VERY poorly (un)educated and he should be properly raised (by someone else). an average teen would have been ashamed of his mother's delusional behavior.
Plus, there is a safety issue.
They said the kid was 13 or so. That level of behavior is more appropriate to a 5 year old.
At 15, someone is going to stand up and punch him for doing that stuff if he doesn't figure it out, or his mom doesn't rope the kid in.
Not that punching is acceptable, but it's just going to happen.

The voice acting for entitled moms and karens is just hilarious! 🤣
When I was early 20s as a single mom, living in a studio apartment, working and having to pay a babysitter. The sitter moved one day without notifying me, emptied my garage that had a closet where I hung clothing and left my child with a man that lived next door to them...Thankfully they left me my child and nothing bad happened to my child.
Whether or not you’re in need, stealing should never be acceptable.
I have never run into a Karen. That's a good thing since I LOVE confrontation.
As a fellow restaurateur I love these stories. People are just getting terrible out there. Any little justice on our side is fantastic. Keep them coming.
People know that in hospitality these days the first thing places do if something is wrong is refund or discount, essentially rewarding them complaining about anything and everything.
For the first story, I would've said "Oh my god mom? You've been gone for so long! Is this my little brother? Me and dad have been missing you so much!"
edit: I posted this before I got to the part where the same response was said on the Op
That's fine, sometimes I comment without watching the whole video and miss something important too.
The OP in story was really sipping tea at their desk
Give that kid an Oscar 😂😂😂
Everytime I listened to these stories makes me feel bad for the people in the past who thought that people in the future is more smarter than them
Internet is stockpile of all wisdom of humanity. And as well all of its stupidity. (i forgot where this is from and correct phrase)
Humanity is not getting dumber it just dumb people is easier to be heard
@@door1852 really?
I think ur over optimistic but i i dont want to ruin ur optimism lol
Owners wife, hilarious. I love how long they played along. Everyone should do that to see how far Karen's will go
Problem there is that Karens don't have limits.
yes pls.
The entitled and Karen lv is inf
The Karen voice had me dying laughing 🤣
The “mom you came back!” At the comment section part was killing me
If I were the dad/husband, I would have said, "look...if *YOU'RE* my wife, I want a divorce!"
4:05 That is so funny ngl. Especially the Karen completely lying about being the owner's wife is even funnier.
Why does story #2 have me CACKLING in my bed in the wee hours of the morn’? 🤣🤣🤣
On the second one: no one is entitled to anything at the store, 10/10, that's her entitlement level
When you spoke about the last story at the end... nothing justifies breaking into somebodies house and stealing objects, nothing not even if you are in need
12:16 It seemed to me the daughter was trying to hint to the father to not say anything about what the money is for, knowing they won't receive it if they do by saying "were not using it for that" and the father, not taking a hint, blurted everything out.
I was surprised the OP did not go along by calling the Karen mom
"You should always tell the truth. It's easier to remember."
(Kimball Cho - The Mentalist)
That's Embarrasing Imagine saying "I'm the owner's wife" and then you say "WUT? I'm the owner's son and Bi*** I don't know you"
If this happened to me. I would go: “hey you’re not my mom, maam.”
LOL
When she was walking out in embarrassment they should have called out her "look, we know you tried to defraud us, but you must be really poor to need to try that. As you are obviously so poor we may be able to give you a discount, say five percent, so long as you apologize for your reprehensible and intentionally insulting behaviour."
I can never work in customer service. I was a nurse. The best nursing job was as a corrections psych position. I always had Corrections Officers with me when I saw patients. Whenever I was attacked, I jumped back, and watched as my officers smashed them to the floor and dragged them away. Unless there was severe bleeding or an obvious fracture, or apnea, they could talk to the next shift. This should be the standard procedure dealing with combative Karens/Kevins. Everyone, always, is responsible for their own attacks, and if even in custody, are dangerous, there is nothing wrong with disabling them. They will disable or kill as long as they breathe.

This kinda reminds me of that one scene in breaking bad where Gus go’s “sir if you have a complaint I suggest you submit it through our email system I would love to refer you to our website”
The fourth one reminded me of someone in my neighborhood. They have twins, and they just kind of let themselves in to our house, by climbing the fence or just walking in. Once their inside, they will help themselves to anything in our fridge and do what they want. Theirs also someone that claims we stole their cat, even though it was a stray. Pretty terrible neighborhood.
If that was my house they would have gotten there ass beat so fast
Get a German Sheppard. It will end that problem fairly quickly .
The best part was the commenter saying, "Mom?" That's exactly where I went!
The last story hits a bit close to home. My teenage daughter's boyfriend broke my son's laptop by slamming it down in my son's hand. He wasn't hurt, but the laptop was destroyed. The mom assured us she would pay for it, but she never did. We finally took them to small claims court and won (around $700), but the court sayd it was our responsibility to collect (don't get me started on that one). The kid's estranged dad actually paid half, but the mom, her current husband, and the kid moved put of state so they wouldn't have to pay.
The family in the duplex may have been in need, but that does not mean the mom shouldn't have been held responsible for her kids' mayhem.
His hand wasn't hurt but the laptop was completly destroyed? What?
You’d be surprised how often Karens or Kevins claimed to be connected with the owner despite the fact they don’t.
I know a lady who is in her 40’s and she is a super friendly and kind person! I kinda feel bad for all the nice Karen’s in the world…
I was in full of agreement until the last story. no matter how “in need” someone is it is never okay to steal.
I don't understand these people that automatically excuse people stealing because they /might/ be in need. Or like I heard recently "Times are tough right now." Like not only does that not make it okay, how do you know if they're in need or not? Why do you assume they are? Are you just naively assuming that most people wouldn't steal unless they were desperate?
Or at least stealing from neighbors and other people that work hard for the things they buy and have limited resources. Breaking and entering into someone's home and stealing their personal possessions is much more serious than simply shoplifting basic necessities from a big box corporate retailer.
@@BM-wf8jj No, it's not. Taking something that you don't own is theft. No matter how bad you need it.
It doesn't matter how important it is to the owner, or what your opinion of the owner is.
Theft is theft.
@@MindCaged There's a scene in the movie Cinderella man with Russell Crowe, if you haven't seen it it's a good watch. It takes place during the great depression and his family is near starving. One of his kids steals some food and he take him back and returns it while making his kid apologize.
Some times you can relate or sympathize with someone who's down but unless it's literal life or death stealing isn't justifiable. Even when it is done in those situations it shouldn't be swept under the rug. Sure maybe give them a lighter punishment to those who steal solely for the thrill or unnecessarily but to outright give them a pass is beyond me.
what i dont understand is the mother said they would give them back so y would u leave and expect them to deliver it. Dont just leave the stolen stuff and be like yea i trust a thief. dont leave till the stuff is in ur possession again.
Story 1: Entitled level: 1000/10
Story 2: Entitled level: 10000/10
Story 3: Entitled level: 100000/10
Story 4: Entitled level: 5.7/10
I would say the same except switch 3 and 4
How is story 4 so less
@@houston1964 yeah I would say
1: 7.8/10
2: 100/10
3: 10/10
4:I cant even remember 4 ;-;
Why is your number 4 story low?
I love how he voices the Karen’s like the joker
Level 10, Don't say you know the owner if you don't.
I felt so bad for the daughter with the financial aid story. She tried so hard just to get her dad what he wanted, she kept saying "no, im not going on a trip, im not using it for a trip, im not going on a trip" and her dad just HAD to fruck it all up with his loud mouth.
I didn't know Jigsaw had a daughter either.
The dad is in the right. If that stroy is true, the college is literally committing fraud. You cannot withold a refund check just because you don't like what a student is doing with it. I'd be pissed if my private school stole money from me too, more than they already do.
Honestly it sounds like she didn't want to use it for a trip and was gonna be forced
This!
In the food establishment it would be more entertaining if Karen was talking (then a cell phone call) to the wife instead of the husband.
"Do you know who I am?"
Choose:
1.) 'I think the question is do YOU know who you are?"
2.) "No, nor do I wish to."
3.) "No, abd I'm ending this conversation because I've been not to talk to strangers."
4.) "Is there a doctor here?! This woman doesn't know who she is1"
5.) Other, please specify.
With that last story I would have asked the mother why she can't get it now... if she gives no reason then you just take her T.V as collateral 🤣
Having worked in a restaurant for a good six years, there is nothing I love more than seeing entitled Karens getting put in their place. I 100% would have done the exact same thing as the guy in the first one, as long as my dad was working that day. If he, and my mom were both out for whatever reason, then I might act a bit differently, while still making sure the dumb Karen got what was coming to her.
I want to take the daughter from the dad who wants to use his daughter's refund to go to Disneyland. It seemed sus that she kept denying it was for that, imo it seemed she was being coerced.
I took it more of she knew that reveling that would mean she wouldn’t get the money, but Dad couldn’t take a hint a shut up about it. Like when a parent takes their 14 year old to a restaurant where kids(12 and under) eat free and claims their kid is 12 and then the kid corrects them saying they are 14.
It could be either. Also like the narrator says, its also just completely unnecessary information. All the man had to do was check on the status of the money and hopefully expedite the process. Theres literally no reason to continue shouting at these office workers about what the money will be used for. It doesn't make a difference, nobody needs to know, its unnecessary information.
@@minskacatral7904 that's my take too. I feel so sorry for her. My dad is like that sometimes. You can't tell him anything though.
If I acted like that child when I was younger I would have been slapped so hard🤣🤣
Anyone who comes into my house and steals, I would call the police and press charges.
Since nothing has done, the foreigners will think it’s okay.
