2 tablespoons of sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoons of baking powder
3/4 cup of cold water
Pie filling :
500g of minced meat
1 cup of diced potatoes
1 cup of diced carrots
1/2 cup of onion mix chopped finely ( 1 medium onion, 3 small scotch bonnets)
1/3 cup of diced green bell pepper
1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 -1/2 tablespoons of seasoning powder
1-1/2 tablespoons of all spices
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 teaspoons of corn flour
1 cup of water to cook minced meat
