Good talking about the breaker popping, we had it happen going up a hill with my mother today and it went into neutral and almost and a bad accident luckily she into a wall and didn't flip it but it was a very scary moment
You can also take the battery out and charge it
that was super excellent because i didnt know about the charging port under the handles and i did breakdown going up a hill a d thought i eas out of. charge but i guess i popped the breaker. im nowhere near 300lb though closer to 150 so im not sure what thats all about . thanks for the great info

Also how to adjust the tiller as I've searched but can't find any button? I have searched RUclips but can't find the exact model I have. Will appreciate any help you can give.. thankyou 😊
can you talk about the charging more......i have mine on charge now and both lights on the charger are red.....shouldnt the one be green when plugged in......and how long should i charge daily? ive heard not enough is just as bad as too much.

Hey guys, hoping you can help.
I have a Pride scooter and when I plug it in to charge the charger lights continue to stay on indefinitely. They don't switch off for example when there would be a full charge. However, when I unplug the charger from the battery and simply plug it back in, they charging lights are off.
I'm not sure if there's a problem with my charger or something else. I also believe this is causing problems with the batteries (as they are working poorly what seems like out of nowhere).
Where are the head lights on the scooter and how to turn them on
This elite traveller does not have lights on it
I purchased a new one from On Star by where I live. It was making a clicking sound. Local store took weeks to figure out what was wrong. They brought it back this morning stating that the front wheel needed to be tightened. It’s working but I have my doubts about the explanation

Can you drive it in snow?
We don’t recommend that
How did you remove the seat? Is there a lever to disengage it? I'm trying to figure out how to collapse the scooter as much as possible to get in the car for a family member.
You should be able to just pick the seat right up without doing anything. To disengage the motor move the yellow lever on the back of the scooter.

We recommend charging overnight

Does it comes with a seatbelt?
It does not. Most of your small portable scooters don’t.
If the steering wheel does not light up when I turn the key what’s wrong with it? Do I just need to plug the charger in to the wheel
The first thing you need to do is try and charge the batteries. I would charge them directly in the battery box.

When it's charging should the key be in the off position, or on position?
Put the key in the off position
Is this scooter heavy when you brake down the pieces to put in the car?
The heaviest piece is 34 lbs. it’s easy to disassemble

So every time I take my scooter out of drive, I can never get it back in drive...! I know it's between locked and freewheel but there's no way to get it in the right area?? What am I missing here?

Need to replace batteries, but can’t get old batteries out. Any suggestions?
Sounds like the batteries are swollen. They can come out but they are really hard when this happens. Check with the company you got it from, they may be able to help
I saw a video which said they are held down by Velcro, so you'll have to wriggle them and pull hard to get them out
Can i keep my scooter outside with a cover on it
I wouldn’t recommend it but some people do.
What do I do when yellow lights appear next to the red light while all green lights are still on? When that happened I also lost speed.

Can I take the battery out of the scooter to charge it?
Yes. There is a place to charge on the front of the battery box to charge
Does it make a difference if the scooter is in Neutral or Drive when charging?
It’s does not.
My scooters it drive forward it stop on me and make beeping sound what that mean
It depends on a few things. What is the make and model and how many beeps are there? Count the beeps and look in your owners manual. This should tell you what's going on. If you have questions call us at 615-730-9438

Currently you can’t. That might change in the future
