Mathematical, THEORETICAL, and Experimental Probability Distributions (8-10)

When we know the relative frequency of every possible event in a population, we have a probability distribution. Theoretical probability distribution is a model of the relative frequency of all events in a population. Experimental probability distribution is the actual results of an experiment, which may be different from the theoretical probability. Probabilities for each outcome are assigned based on experimentation, observation, or historic data Given enough repetitions, the Experimental Probability converges on the Theoretical Probability.
