Yep me too (also so far my centre console is still being held in by something around gear shift area - rear & upper screws are removed but there is an additional step I’ve missed / not mentioned?

Not having this step in the video makes the whole thing pretty much worthless. I'm thinking of cutting into it myself.

I managed to get to the Torx screw out by taking the process slowly eventually getting the black plastic cover loose enough to gain access to the screw & got it all out without removing black cover at all (I don’t recall exactly as I did this a few months ago now sorry) but thought I’d let you know it can be done (and reinstalled without damage)

Are these units (ICM Display Screen Unit) plug and play or do they have to be programmed by the dealer if purchased used?

@@HiTechElectronic i have an 'Volvo v70, 2012. Around a year ago the radio and infotainment system started to fail. and wondering if the problem is the ICM unit? . I was recently given the car and I have started to diagnose and try to fix this issue. The symptoms of this issue are the screen for the infotainment system not working but its turn on and hanging on and on, all of the lower lights and buttons work such as the heated seats and or the defroster and fan control. They all work . none of the audio buttons such as FM, AM, and or volume and navigation works. About 6 mounts ago the rear park sensor failed to show on screen also and the beeping sound . Grateful for every answers . Do you think problem is in the ICM Display Screen Unit?

@@ThinkTechnikk Most likely the Radio/CD player is faulty.
