I think it's easier if your mind isn't so cluttered. Literally focus all your attention to the video either eyes open or closed with earbuds in. Using a regular speaker makes it sound boring.

Additionally I really enjoyed the sound of your voice, nails clicking, the mouth sounds, and dry skin rubbing together. The tingle sharks and bubbles were interesting too.
It seems if your mind is not completely empty you won't really feel that, like if I have even a thought going through my mind about anything other than the ASMR it will prevent those tingles.
The crack an egg part gave me the most tingles I've had in years. Wait I just realized my playback speed was on 1.5x. Highly recommend that. It was so good haha.
