@@Shinobu_kochou_33 For me, I have seen some results after a bit of consistency. After two or three weeks you'll see differences and then after a month or more, other people will too. You just have to stay consistent. I normally listen to subliminals for hour or half an hour and then I sleep, occasionally I sleep and listen to them. Hope this helped! 😊

Hoe many subliminal are in your playlist. That’s also a factor. At least have a maximum of 10 so your mind doesn’t overload. Your mind also needs break like your physical form. Also try meditating and using the 3-6-9 method. And always visualize. Never doubt yourself and act as if you already have it… WHICH YOU DO!

I’ve gotten many results before only using this channel’s subs. Here is my advice:
1) don’t overthink it, you don’t need 1tjousand videos from 10 differnt channels in your playlists.
2) why it works doesn’t matter! I’m not super spiritual myself- but I was once told that the placebo effect works even if you know something is placebo. And that’s how I treat subs! If it works it works it doesn’t matter the science or reasoning behind it. Relax and let it happen.

Okay end of junior year, I have learnt a lot made a lot of friends, and I realise not everyone should be your friends, so I would say I have a lot of acquaintances. I have joined few clubs, and a briefly joined a sport. I now fit in, so I feel capable of planning my senior year out. Which sports to join, how to talk to people. Because I realised that I was the problem. I joined my new school looking for friends. I have learnt that people won't talk to you if they feel like you are dismissive, which I was. So yea, I have friends I talk to now and acquaintances I hang with sometimes but I truly look forward to senior year, now that I feel I belong.
