I almost picked one of these up a few weeks ago and thought to myself "Self, I bet Ridin Dad will probably do a review on this sooner or later so just wait." Boom I can see into the future!
Exactly what i was looking for to raise my brake pedal after maxing out the screw on the master cyclinder already 😅. Hopefully they ship to New Zealand. Keep up the great vids.
Not sure what’s going on with it. Here’s the link to all their stuff on Tucker speed. Don’t forget to use code RIDINDAD for 10% off man! tuckerspeed.com/collections/greene-brothers-designs
@@RidinDad no prob. I am going to pickup one of these for my LRS as well, I have maxes out the Yolke adjustment on the master cilíndrelo and the pedal is still a little low, specially with boots on. Thanks for posting
I have ss 2-1 50 states legal exhaust n has its OWN BRAKE PEDAL kit for this application. Would this GB brake adjustable linkage work on this application?
Why don’t you just back off that 9/16ths nut or put some washers as spacers next to the nut next to the rubber boot? Bring that back and the break lever will rise… won’t it? I haven’t done it.. but was looking at it and it seems doable
You can adjust the stock brake pedal configuration a little bit, but just a very little bit. Not as much as most of us would want, and then the more you adjust it the less contact you have for a threaded area
Hello, first say that I am using a translator, sorry. It is not necessary to change that part, the height of the original brake can be adjusted perfectly without buying anything. I leave you an example video, I did it in my new SB 2021
I agree with RidinDad. My Dealer was adamant that I needed the GB linkage to properly adjust my rear brake. Said they had not had good results with the stock part. The GB linkage transformed my FXLRST.
I do not. And I firmly believe tq specs for most of these types of bolts are not needed at all. Just tighten it to a decent amount and use some blue thread pocket

Hey Chris, I don’t see the link to this specific part on Tucker Speed on the description of this video
You are right. I forgot to do that part :(. If you click the affiliate link you should be able to find it. I gotta add the link ASAP!! Thank you!

Yep I had the same issue. Not I tightened the master adjustment all the way back in and let this guy do all the work

I would call to double check with either company. I believe it would work as the only thing that’s different is the pedal and not the linkage.
Green Bros. makes quality stuff. Wonder where you heard about them? LMAO
Lolol I owe my exposure of them to you man!
What size are those bolts for the brake linkage??
Don’t know

The stock master cylinder link can be adjusted just slightly. Not much at all. This allows a full range of adjustability and is more secure

Nice! Happy to help man!
Do you have the torque specs for those bolts? I’m waiting the 5 weeks for the service manual for my FXLRST.

Need something for forward controls.
The best fix for forwards is to switch them to mids 👌🏻
