I joined and did 8 years in the Army. I was about to submit my officers packet (Green to Gold), but I decided it was time for me to go and not re-enlist. I started working for the Federal Government and the 8 years I did in the Army it was counted towards my Federal job as employment and now I am about to retire next year. Also I got my Masters Degree and soon as I got my 100% from the VA the government paid off my Student loans (Thanks to Obama’s Veterans Choice Act) 😊
I love your vlogs but I had a uncle who was Army all of my family was Army.. I was the 1st to go Navy and loved it. I feel the individual needs to research and find out what fits them. I love you and your mom's relationship. Thanks for your service and sharing.
I remember not wanting my daughter to join the military because she was too much of a girlie girl too. My daughter join at the age of 18 and she’s 26 and an officer. I’m so proud of the woman she has become. She’s still a girlie girl and a strong leader too. Also I remember calling everyone I could think of when I didn’t hear from my baby as well; letting me know she received a package I sent her (basic training). My daughter was called to the office too. 😂😂😂

But people got in my ear telling me I was going to have to fight if we had a war. So, I was busy listening to others and didn't do it. But after years later, I was told that I wouldn't fought and it stipulations to it as well. I was the only child at that. So, girl, I wish I did my own research before I just left it alone.

portia, someone probably already told you this, but i can tell by looking at that watermelon 🍉 that it wasn’t sweet. the big patch that has no green is too pale. it should always be a nice yellow, like a banana peel. i always look for the one with the yellowest of the pack, then i push on it, to make sure it’s not TOO ripe (but that’s almost never a problem).
