I suspect I was either born with some of my vertebrae fused together in my lower back (like my sister) or that I'm missing some in my lumbar spine because no matter how much stretching I did my back was never flexible as a normal person. It was really hard for me to do bridges even after years of gymnastics. My dad has extreme spinal stenosis and is almost paralyzed now. Maybe spinal stenosis could be causing my problem because I seem to be fairly flexible leaning forward, just really stiff arching backwards. I really wish to be more flexible because I love to dance. I don't have medical insurance. Do you have a suggestion about where to go to get an affordable X-ray? A friend told me to go to a chiropractor and just get the initial X-ray and skip the adjustment. Thank you!!!
