@@susanhedberg6018 Good question. Asylum officers are working full force to clear up the backlog. Interviews get scheduled every day and more than ever before. It is just the backlog is too large and there are too many new applicants as well. We got some interviews for some of our clients who filed in 2014-2015. But is does not mean that they are at 2015 or 2016. Some cases get scheduled earlier and some chaotically and randomly. We will make a new video about all this answering this question. Stay tuned. Dear sir , our interview is scheduled, asylum main applicant is my husband, I am on dependent. Is Asylum officer ask questions with us together or separately? he ask questions with me too about incidents? If I am with my husband when all incidents happen. I really liked your shared video. Thanks
They will ask you separately to see if both of you speaks the same or not and they will ask you questions about each other’s and many tricky questions so be prepared
Person file asylum put all family members names in form I-589, but family members we’re overseas. Subject went and did their biometric solo. Later husband and kids come to US on B2; Does husband need to file his own i-589??
