Cheapest car I’ve bought was 150 For a x plate focus 1.8 10 years ago but just picked a Avensis t180 up for 600. Had a running fault as the manifold was full of carbon. Easy fix 😊
I once bought a car off a guy for a long play VCR & two leather trousers, it was a canary yellow Triumph Spitfire with a blue soft top 😂 wish i had that car today as a project to work on
The TT is lovely, was out of my price range the 225bhp back in 2004. So i bought the Leon Cupra R, still have it today. Had interior leathered seats and doors. Love my Cupra R. Also last year had a stage 1 re map, from 225 to 275, it is hubba hubba quick lol
WOULD Have thought anyone paying a grand for an NC MX5 is buying a really rough extremely high mileage car, I wouldn't consider an NC under £3 grand. Still thought the NB started at more. Cheapest car I've ever bought was my 1st in 1990/91 for my 4 years old MK4 E reg 1.6 DGL, costing £2500 from my Dad's mates printing machinery business it was used as a company car pool car. With just under 70,000 .It was so slow with 55bhp. The rev counter didn't even have red in it lol. When I traded it in 18 months later I still got £1800 for it towards my a G reg 16V Astra GTE .
the tt's are an amazing car for the money right now incredible they have got so low of the last few yrs BUT they WILL fly up come time

SLK doesn’t stand for Sport Leicht Kompact in German. It stands for Sport Leicht Kurz (i.e short)…to differentiate it from the SL.

Many ppl will disagree with me but the NC is the best looking mx5 imo
I bought an old rover 216 for £ 100 and ran it for two years. Other than a bit of rust it was faultless
Thought a z4 would be on this list
TT the one still look futuristic.gotta be the 3.2 quattro tho
Good engine too
My Mrs dad has two mk5 R32s and he let me drive them. Engine on them is unreal
