Can anyone confirm the pricing in the videos. The ones in my now disappeared comments showed prices from about $62,000 to $111,000USD for 65m2 & about 78m2 Horeb condos.
Yes I got notice of you posting, but they never appeared on the site. RUclips does that. ASKING PRICES IS SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAN SELLING PRICES. wHAT i WAS SAYING IS THAT YOU CAN FIND 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH PLACES IN THE RANGE i STATED. fOR EXAMPLE, i COULD BUY MY PLACE FOR $55,000. Prices can get as high as $100,000, but my point is if you look and negotiate, you will find what I stated. I wasnt trying to say every place would always be in that price range. And new builds are always higher asking, and they negotiate. if you take the stated price and pay that, well that would be on you. No one here does. Sorry about those capos but not re-typing it

No not usually, as there are really no apartments. They are all privavtley owned condos with year lease. it is very simple and cheap to furnish
