So here’s the thing; in order for a legal raid of your private property to be authorized , a juDge has to sign off on it. This is not the captain on duty or whatever giving the green light. Also, before the judge signs off on the warrant, a significant amount of evidence regarding the need for a search, must be presented in a convincing manner. In other words, the intent to search had to be straight up legit. Most judges aren’t going to be willing to besmirch their reputation on some blsht so that some agency can fulfill a personal agenda.
Feel me? The most likely scenario is that he did perpetrate some of these criminal allegations, while others he did not. In time a good deal of the truth will be revealed.
