    For the software engineer, dedication, motivation, and perseverance form an essential trio that paves the path to success. Dedication drives you to continuously improve your skills, stay updated with the latest technologies, and deliver high-quality work. It compels you to put in the extra hours, solve complex problems, and strive for excellence in every line of code you write.

    Hello Shreyansh , While job search I am facing issues with Notice Period .As most companies don't even proceed after knowing notice period .Any idea on how can we check if our company supports Buyout or Reduce NP without asking HR personally

    • @piyushag2305
      @piyushag2305 Год назад

      From my experience, buyout and reducing NP depends on your manager and senior manager. And I don't think you can discuss these things with them before resigning.

    I am a c# developer working in a service based, should I switch to java or focus on one language because I saw less openings for .NET.

      To be honest, based on discussion with so many engineers for interview preparation, it's would be helpful to learn Java and have it in resume.

    after 7 years of experience is it possible to switch from frontend to backend?

    • @ConceptandCoding
      @ConceptandCoding  Год назад +1

      hmm, its not going to be easy buddy at this stage of career.
      but we can discuss for sure.
      I think direct frontend to backend would be difficult.
      Slowly Frontend to FullStack (heavy frontend, light backend work)
      Gradually FullStack (Heavy backend, light frontend work)
      and then you can work on backend.
      this way, i think you might be little make use of experience else it would be start from start.
