I love these types of exercise. It really helps with the lower belly pooch; love handles and legs. They work better than the floor exercise that kill your back. I really notice the different in my lower belly pooch, which was the hardest thing to lose. Thank You

Hi. Just found your channel & glad that I did. After 3 knee surgeries, & arthritis in both & not a young chick theses days… lol … this I can do. The knee bends are a little restrictive now but I believe taking exercises like that at a slower pace can still help. I will be chk’g you other videos…❤❤❤❤ Thank you!!

Hi m’am I have been following all your exercises but the one with the squats u have mentioned in this video gives me knee pain. Am I doing anything wrong or is it supposed to pain normally while doing squats ?
Gees ladies why ask how long will it take. Work it daily everyone is different. It took you years to get flabby you. think you will be Miss America in a week. It took me over a year to get in shape.
