I heard this message & asked God for a specific day to fast and for how long. I went on a 3 day fast because I felt that's what the Lord asked of me. The first day I got a call saying I got the job I'd been waiting 6 months for. I continued to fast even though I got what I needed from the Lord. I assure you I was praying hard the 3rd day that I wouldn't break my fast. I'm def American and I love to eat! It does make you more spiritual to fast! It helps you realize how much we pamper our flesh. It helps me feel things in the spirit and know that God has all power. It helps me to focus on the Lord, This message helped me and I truly love hearing bro herring preach!
I used to love to watch the walking dead and never would miss it. but over a year ago the Lord put it in my heart to not watch it or any other show like it.

My father passed 2 days before he was going to go to church. After the funeral I started a fast for my cousin with cancer. That day at church a sister testified how she was given a year to live and Jesus healed her. Today Jesus told me to walk left instead of right. A boy was putting signs up cause needed money to help his family with bills cause his grandpa has cancer. I'm only on day 3 and Jesus is moving. I want 14 days or more. This message excited me. If I knew this years ago. This brother and Hernandez have increased my faith.

I was told by the pastor “that God doesn’t do that to his children” Well it can happen when you backslide. They prayed for eave & healing. The next day o was told to go to my now church. Walked in said “ I’m demon possessed “ my now pastor he grabbed my had & said “come on,” it was horrific. Had complete control of my body. I was coughing hard as well spitting. But I did not.get delivered. So I guess 7 or more came. When I return home I am preparing for Angels & will fast as long as I can. Figure if I got a visitation I might get an Angel

It may be possible that ypur finances are under attack from demons. If that is the case, use your authority in Jesus name, to command demons to leave your finances, and cancel all the plans of demons that are against you. Make sure you confess and repent of all sin that the Holy Spirit shows you, and ask Jesus to cover you in His Blood, to cancel the curse of sin. Then speak out loud, " In the name of Jesus, let every demons attack on my finances be broken, I command every demon to leave me, my house and property, and leave my finances now, and never come back, in the name of Jesus Christ. I want to say I have tried recently and about a year ago I can't seem to make it past 1 day and a half its absolutely excruciating I have asked God screamed to the sky to the Lord to help me do whatever it takes but I can't go further than that and I am beyond frustrated because I have so many needs at this point in my life right now and obviously fasting is the best way to reach God

Please fast with caution. You start off with just a meal. Please check your sugars. Work your way up making sure you stay safe to not drop your sugars. Ask your pastor to cover you in prayer.

I was always wondering why people called it a Daniel fast but ye they eat. I never read were Daniel eat when He fasted. How did that teaching get into the Church. Any one can fast if you can eat. Sorry if youre eating thats not a fast. Thats a diet. To many people is wasting their time with so called fasting while they are eating. Come on Christians lets do it by the book.

If you're going to do a 40 day fast you will need as much water you can take you can't live without water you've got to drink a lot of water
