If you're looking for another way to decide on which spot to put a dot, since you use a calender as a board, you could also decide it based on the days you finish a book. So for example if you finish a book on the fifth this month, then you put a dot on the fifth spot for your March game. This might not work very well with 24 hour readathons though...
Jade City is really good! I'm currenly reading the third book in that series and so far i have really really enjoyed the series. I hope you like it too!
And as you got a couple of viewer recommendations, how about i restock that jar a little bit? I would like to recommend Delilah Green Doesn't Care (contemporary romance) and The Mysterious Case of the Alperton Angels (mystery-thriller) ☺

You have some great books on there! Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on House of Flame and Shadow. Also please don’t be intimidated by The Awakening. It’s so good and I really enjoyed the series. Nora Roberts is my favorite author and she’s an auto buy for me. I believe everything she writes is amazing.

Honestly I need to get better at hard dnf books I soft dnf and ir goes back on my shelf for years think from now I'd I dnf it I'm going to put it upstairs if I don't bring it down with in six months then bye bye book.

Oh I’m terrible about keeping books forever even if I don’t finish them. The fact that I unhauled books last month is pretty good for me 😅
I love this game so much! The Fury is definitely a good release. I just recently read it. I hope you like it better than I did. I have only loved The Silent Patient by him so far. That's exciting that your sister is having a bagy. Is this her first one? I wouldn't push yourself getting the books read by the end of the month. Just roll them over for March when it is a longer month and after your sister has already had her baby. Have a great month!
Oo good to know! Yes this is her first, and I am very much not pushing myself this month. I’m already behind and that’s fine. Totally worth skipping a week of reading to spend time with that baby.

For "new release" I consider any book released in the last 365 days. I feel like it's silly to say a book that came out in December is no longer a new release lol! That may help you if you run into that prompt again in the next couple months.

I am really interested in What the River Knows. I am pretty sure I am going to absolutely love it if/when I ever get to it. The Awakening is really slow. It is just setting everything up for the rest of the series. Nora Roberts is my favorite author, so I didn't hate it, but it wasn't my favorite. The rest of the series is better as it does pick up. I love Emily Wilde's it is such a fun read. I hope your reads go well.

I'm curious to see how you like The Fury. I am so hesitant to read it because I didn't care for The Maidens. I thought it was so slow.
The Maidens was the one I didn’t like as much either! But I loved The Silent Patient so I’m hoping this one will be good
