I suffer from this and was misdiagnosed for 5 years just recently got a proper diagnosis still waiting on treatment this is a very debilitating disease. Not many people understand it they think that you can control it.. which is annoying. I struggle just to get through the day the things people do and take for granted. I'm glad she finally got the help she needs I can't imagine living with it that long😢

400$ for the injections- they hardly worked for me I got them twice and they felt like lava going in it was terrible. Plus major bruising for a week and a half afterwards. I started on Prednisone for another issue and it significantly helped my eyes. I was functionally blind much of the day prior to Prednisone
