@sy ed you sure I know some people from Lahore and they are very friendly but in tourism index why Pakistan is considered dangerous for tourists by that ranking given by UN.

@sy ed even if I believe your things to be true but one thing is there that all developing economies need foreign investment and since Pakistan is in FATF's grey list it cannot get foreign funding easily plus what will happen if Pakistan will made to the blacklist is that a part of RSS too🤣 CPEC is beneficiary for China only because even if these infrastructure helps you,you need to pay a high interest on that and it can go wrong too you maybe need to lease many things too but who cares.

Maybe roads are not good, but in Pakistan you have many things that here are disappeared: sense of hospitality, honour, dignity, to be polite, respect. And Pakistan is a beautiful country, even the most remote village has something to discover. I do prefer spend my free time in your country (for job or leisure I all the time travelled in Central Asia or Middle East) than in a stupid place where people to have fun drink a lot of alcohol or other bullshits). I learned that if u travel in some countries your memory and your heart will come back more rich, and this has no price..... I wish to you, to Pakistan and Pakistani an Happy new year. Rupee.Pakistan started industrialisation with free trade long back before India. So,the reason behind declining I can see is too much rivalry with neighbour India in the name of religion. @Abhijit Sanyal brother it also because population in india ........and no doubt pakistan moterways are really really good and they are connected throughout the country and only i part is underconstruction and then the whole country will be connected whith them and load truks and bikes are not allowed on moterways for better flow of trafic they have the alternative road network of national high ways they are same as moterways but they have only 3 lanes for each and allowed any type of moter vehicles so they have dense ratio of vechicle ..
Still many overseas Pakistanis believe that infrastructural development is different from human development. It was the initiative of Nawaz Sharif who still is declared the enemy no 1 of Pakistan itself.

Wow I'm impressed to see such developed infrustracture in pakistan. I donno why people saying pakistan is poor or less developed than Bangladeah , .. But here in Bangladesh we don't have such organized access controled "motor/expressways" at all. And government just planing to construct 2000 plus km of expressways by 2041 saal. I am amazed to see the road infrastructure so developed in Pakistan.
I spent over decade as a foreign student in Lahore.
Then travelling from Lahore to Rawalpindi or from Lahore to Multan was a nightmare.
The roads were in poor condition, poorly lit and just single lane both ways.
Accidents were frequent.
The journey took forever.
You guys are lucky to have such modern roads now.
