Wow! What a comparison. Luxman had a black background and seems too happy but very clear and articulate. NAIM is not lagging behind infact seems mid range is little better than Luxman but top and bottom seems smidge unclear. For the money NAIM is clearly massive VFM.
Luxman sounds much better - in the UK though, the Luxman is 3x the cost of the little Naim, so that fact that it holds up against the 380 says a lot about it.

Thanks for demo. I have Rega and Yamaha, but like the looks and sound of Luxman amps etc.
The luxman is better but the naim is also great
the naim is great but can't match the luxman
