Belinda O'Hooley, I was touched by the story of your father, and by his image..my dear Dad is currently struggling with Dementia. The diagnosis changed our story together, turned it upside down onto its head, and took us for six. Sadly, I can relate, when you share that people saw very different sides to your father. Sending healing energy. Thank you for the music, the stories, for you, O'Hooley and Tiddow.
This is terribly exciting. I am new to your music, here thanks to Gentleman Jack. Might I also just say, I love your blue shiny vest! And how happy you look when you're recording. I've also grown up knowing "swallow's tail", though I admit I never before knew it's name. I really like the rendition you featured in this video. I look forward to the new album.
This is absolutely beautiful. The album is testament to & illustrates Belinda's skill, passion and inner parts & also Heidi's nurturing, organic production. Absolutely gorgeous.
Just recently found your gorgeous music. I'm listening to it constantly and it's been like a tonic to me, wish I had found it years ago!!! You are both so talented, it's a pleasure to watch and listen. Look forward to the Album. From another " Yorkshire Lass" 👍🏵
Wow Belinda and Heidi that was truly beautiful. The photography as well as the music are stunning, You said at the inversions concert in York that the countryside around your recording studio was inspirational and stunning and you’ve captured that in your photographs. Playing my CD repeatedly, just love the sound of your voices. I recently lost my mum 15th November, my dad died on 18th November 2018; listening to you both singing ( I have all your CDs ) helps me through the whole range of emotions I’m going through at the moment, so thank you.
Oh my word !! This is so beautiful, Can't wait to get mt hands on this album, i love traditional irish music and have done for a lot of year's growing up listening to Irish music with them. Im a huge fan of The Dubliner's & The Furey's
I just listened to two songs from the shadows album they are currently my second and third favourite of yours after gentleman jack. I’m excited for this new album. Where did you film this I love it it’s stunning and I need to go now.
The piano sound is fantastic - you must have mic'd it up perfectly - I'd love to know details - and the reverb level and quality is gorgeous. Natural room or software reverb? Sorry for asking all the time, but I'm just so curious...
