I’m starting slowly with 15 minute overalll and a balance video. I would recommend latter to others my age. I did not realise how bad my balance was and this 10 minute class has improved it immensely. You are so helpful, encouraging and make me confident to try each movement. Thank you.
Dear Jessica Thankyou so much for the work you put into every video , not only the clearly explained movement but the way you encourage and support . I had a thoroughly miserable year last year with a low back and hip injury . I had 10 months visiting a great physiotherapist here in the U.K. but as my recovery progressed with her encouragement to try Pilates I started to do your videos alongside my prescribed physio. Slowly it has made a significant difference and one of your videos is part of my morning routine every day . I had some very low days but your words “focus on what you can do ,not what you can’t on any given day “ inspired me and a year later I am in much less pain and so very grateful for the movement I have back in my body . Wishing you the health & happiness you deserve for all that you do for others , with my very best wishes .

I have hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and your videos have been very helpful. There’s not a bunch of treatment and I get dumped by my doctors all the time. The Pilates has helped me feel in control of my own health regiment again. Thanks!

Recently diagnosed with osteoporosis, and I’m still figuring out what it is safe and not safe in the articulation department. Thank you for the scoliosis workout videos. Those have become my daily exercise routine. Do you have any pilates videos specifically for scoliosis and beginners to build up core and back muscles?
I was looking to regain and maintain a little strength flexibility and stamina now that I'm over 40 with 3 teenagers to keep up with, so I started doing your 15 min beginner workout once a day in January. In Feb i got a set of weights started throwing in the beginner weights routines every few days. What I've found besides the little gains in strength flexibility and stamina is sitting at my desk at work no longer makes my hips neck and back hurt! Doing work on our farm doesn't leave me feeling crippled for 2 days! Going skating with my kids I was able to keep up and keep going for the whole 2 hours without feeling exhausted! So thank you Jessica!
I'm struggling with weight gain and joint and muscle pain due to hypothyroidism that my doctor hasn't been able to stabilize with meds. I'm desperate to lose weight but I hurt too much and have too much fatigue for long or high impact exercise routines. Will pilates help me put on muscle and lose weight?
