How about we combine vector database with the chain of thought approach? We ask the model to give us the answer by creating an outline of approach and for each step of outline, we provide the most relevant data from the vector database(is needed). Your thoughts on that?
Why is modifying a model more difficult than generating a new one from scratch? I believe you, I'm just wondering because wouldn't both require specialized hardware?
