I wasnt expecting this game to suckerpunch me in the gut like it did but i was sobbing all through the ending.
She definitely died in this ending, her screams of frustration and anger at the top when she finally fulfilled her goal and still her pain and suffering remained.
She dies alone with a broken robot but maybe at least in her final thought we see her touch eternity and become one with the universe. Where everything fits in its place.
This is the most impactful and moving game ive ever played.

Agreed. It was a massive gut punch that didn't come out of nowhere but it hit harder than I anticipated. It's a beautiful work of art. Personally, The Last Guardian is the game that has hit me the hardest, but this is certainly up there as an experience with a really strong emotional conclusion.

I really related to her frustration and her escapism. One of my favorite games in a long time. Sad that it ended for her how it did but genuinely happy to see her triumph.

@BeaconofNick It is sad but thats the beauty of it. And its such a down to earth "story" that its very relatable, directly or indirectly. Its been a few weeks now since I finished it but it still lingers in my mind, only the best games do that to me and this is one of them. I hope its not a one-hit wonder, I really want more from this game and more like it down the line.

Man that was a cool reaction. I was bawling my eyes out as a 42yo man as soon as i read the word "Soar".
Never had a gaming experience like this in my life. A real work of art.

There is a theory that Damir shot at the snow and caused avalanche BUT in the real life reports, when avalanche starts people report loud gunshot-like crack sound. Because of ice rapidly breaking

For some reason I absolutely love these climbing games, and I have severe fear of heights. This one was perfect, challenging and scary but the payoff was sooo worth it!
