Ulta by my house locks there garbage up and have Security watching 24/7 SMH I want to do this but no one wants to go with me 😑😢 I did get to go one-time with my sister and we found 20 or more Urban Decay metal palettes and I took them all and made one full pallet. 💪

A Really Long True story! If I had a way of taking the larger stuff or multiple items when dumpster diving, I would. When I found out that grocery store was closing, I got to go 3 times and found a good amount of stuff, on the last day I was able to go, the dumpster was filled with lots of TV dinners from cheaper to Hungry Man, I did take alot, although had I been able to take more I would have. My house is 4 rooms, 5 if you count the hallway and its separated by 2 connected lines, the kitchen, bathroom and hallway are on one line, while the living room and bedroom on the other line. I come close to burning the house down cause of this fact when I put 2 heaters on the same line and overloaded the electricity and it even put my refrigerator out of commission for about a week to get the cord replaced and that was not fun. I would like to have the electrical upgraded to brand new wiring with multiple connections from the breaker box, so that will never happen again, just no money. Cause of this fact I can not heat the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and even the hallway, I choose to do it this way in hopes my dogs will stay warm, yet those drafty holes in their room make it hard to keep it warm, so if you are a praying person, pray that GOD intercedes, one day I may just want to leave if that's GODs plan, I would move if I could in a way, the noisy horns that pass through hurts my babies ears and they will wail in pain and if I had the money to buy or even rent a place that would accept dogs, I would consider moving, yet most rent houses I checked on, up to $600+, they also don't allow dogs and I get a total of $726 in social security. I probably could get a low income apartment, however most will not let you have large dogs, Charcoal and Mandy are Labradors and I do not want to get rid of them, someone threw them out like garbage and I can NOT bring myself to do that to them, they are my BABIES! I LOVE THEM TOO MUCH! I don't know what plans GOD has for us. I hope I can figure that out and move on if that was GODs plan. I wanted to stay in this house because it was my grandmas house, being it was historic I wanted to live here all my life, yet there is no stores close and I would have to bike up to 15 miles or more if I wanted or needed to go to town, it takes around 2 hours one way, 4 hours both directions and no bathroom stops unless you find a tree to hide behind and no real way of carrying dumpster finds or even purchases for that matter. Because I am so POOR, I don't even see a vehicle in my future and no way of driving. Things just happen that we can't explain that only GOD has the answers to. I would like to do better, much better than I am now. My life has crashed down on top of me, though I haven't suffocated yet, sometimes it feels like it, I HOPE GOD INTERCEDES SOON IN OUR LIVES! HOPE YOU HAVE A TRULY BLESSED DAY and NIGHT!

Unless the trash is locked up and inside a fence garbage ( anyone's) becomes public property if it's open and or on the curve it's not against the law to go through your neighbors garbage if it's in the curve!!! Unless it's private property locked or no trespassing signs are posted!! Laws may very by state.

Im sorry but these girls must have a friend that works at that Ulta that gives them a heads up & does not destroy before dumping because in the 6-10 months Ive been dding at at 5 different Ultas I have NEVER yet found anything like this. The infamous return or damaged box is always found Souped & nothing is ever intact what so ever. All products in the return / damage box is destroyed beyond and level of saving or salvaging a product.
And perfumes are usually near 3 drops shy of Empty & nver found with the caps EVER and the stems are always cut or slced.
Krissicatluvr 87 I totally agree. They're planting their finds. That's why most stores are catching on and locking their dumpsters. All these false videos are ruining it for other dumpster drivers. People that actually make a good living doing this are finding less and less treasures. Do more live videos. I bet they won't find squat.
I've been doing it in Chicago with my cousin for 5 years. Nothing we've ever found has been staged. Perfectly good, new makeup flatirons and blow dryer, products all boxes up. But, because so many people DD and video, we've been finding soup. It's not uncommon to score.

I went dumpster diving about a week agofor the first time at ulta and i found like $800 worth of makeup and other shit. ive gone every day since, and havent found anything??? so like uhmmmm
TheonlyHoneyBadger this is something that will happen. They don’t always take trash out at the same time and day and some days they seem to cleanse the store of products. The only thing I can suggest is to continue going. I’ve found $4,000 worth of makeup one day and then nothing for weeks. I almost gave up and finally went back to find about $400 worth of palettes.
So I went to my place that I always find something Friday. Friday nights seem really good here. Not one thing at 4 stores. It happens.

I use to work at Ulta and The one I work at they would literally destroy the items swith a hammer in order for people to not be able to dumpster dive. But its not sannitary girls be very picky of what you dive for.
