For anyone who may need this, I came with an alternative solution for the pattern made at 12:30. For some reason (maybe different CREO version) I couldn't select that circle when trying to make the pattern. I went back to the sketch of the pattern model (sketch 2) and drew 2 centrelines at 12 and 36 degrees and mirrored it along those. Select the mirrors and mirror along the vertical centreline and voila!

Vertanux, I am having problems when I am sketching with the snap point... I can't do it very well, do you know any setting I need to go to fix this? I mean, example, when I am trying to place a center rectangle, i can't put it in the middle, or a centerline, i hope I've explained myself. I could change it in the snap grid but it is not what I am looking for, I can see that you can find the center easily. please help

I'm a real newbie but i could do it at the very first try. I found it very clear. I can suggest to restart from the beginning and take it as exercise.
